We work as an insured platform for brands and companies that are looking for high quality clothing or accessories. Clients simply contact us to make sure they receive high quality clothing, instead of having to reach out to several manufacturers that cannot guarantee them results. We simply make the process less stressful and more convenient for our clients looking for high quality clothes or accessories.
Cost-Free Service
Entreupia is completely free for our clients. We earn our earnings directly from the manufacturers we partner with, meaning you pay the same price whether you work with them through us or on your own. This allows us to focus entirely on guiding and supporting you, while keeping the process simple, transparent, and cost-neutral.
Understanding Your Project
We start by discussing your clothing needs in detail; product type, materials, design, quantity, and delivery deadlines. If you have a tech pack or design sketches from your clients, you can share them with us. If not, we help you define your ideas so they can be produced without confusion.
Matching Your Request with the Right Manufacturer
We have exclusive partnerships with reliable manufacturers who produce for international brands. Based on your client’s requirements, we match your project with the manufacturer that best fits your needs in terms of quality, pricing, and capabilities.
Sampling and Approval
Before starting bulk production, you can request samples to check the quality, fit, and details. This helps ensure the final order meets your expectations.
Production and Quality Control
If you choose to work through Entreupia, we monitor the production process closely, confirm details with you at each stage, and make sure your specifications are followed.
Shipping and Delivery
When production is complete, the manufacturer will arrange shipping to your requested location. Our manufacturers work with trusted logistics partners to make sure your products arrive safely and on schedule.

Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) are flexible and depend on product type, but typically range from 50–100 pieces per style. Standard lead times are 4–8 weeks after sample approval, with capacity to scale significantly for larger orders through our partner network.
Yes. We provide regular updates during the production process, including interim control reports, photos, and videos when requested. This allows clients to stay fully informed and confident about the progress of their orders.

Entreupia is always expanding, meaning we are working with partnering up with several other manufacturers so that we can offer every type of apparel, fabric, or any other request that our clients wants.
Yes. We manage the full scope of production needs, including trims, custom labels, hangtags, patches, and packaging. This ensures a consistent brand identity across every product detail and saves our clients the complexity of sourcing these elements separately.
Yes. We collaborate with certified manufacturers who can provide OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, and other relevant certifications upon request. This allows clients to meet sustainability and compliance standards required by international markets.
Payments & Logistics
Clients can choose their preferred payment flow. They may pay directly to the manufacturer, or through Entreupia. We prefer that the client pay the manufacturer directly to make the process as simple and as efficient as possible. Either way, we will oversee the production to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Our manufacturers work with trusted global logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders specialized in bulk shipments. Average transit times range from 5–10 days for air freight and 25–40 days for sea freight, depending on destination and volume.
