Refund policy
1. No Direct Sale of Physical Goods
Entreupia does not sell physical clothing products. All garments are produced by third-party manufacturers under agreements entered into between the client and the manufacturer.
As such, Entreupia does not offer returns or refunds for physical goods in the traditional retail sense.
2. Returns & Production Issues
While Entreupia does not control manufacturing outcomes, we do assist in overseeing and facilitating communication regarding returns, remakes, or production issues where applicable.

Entreupia remains the primary point of contact with the manufacturer throughout the production process.

Clients do not communicate directly with manufacturers unless otherwise agreed.

Any returns, remakes, or corrective actions are subject to the manufacturer’s policies and the agreed production terms.
The final outcome of any return, remake, or compensation remains outside Entreupia’s control, and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Service Fees & Payment Structure
Entreupia charges a service fee for its production, matching, and facilitation services.
Payment structure:

50% deposit is due once a project is initiated

The remaining 50% is due once the sample is approved
The initial 50% deposit covers work already performed, including but not limited to matching, coordination, production setup, and oversight.
4. Manufacturer Payments
Entreupia pays manufacturers on behalf of the client.

Payments made to manufacturers are non-refundable by Entreupia

Sampling costs, production costs, and deposits are governed by the manufacturer’s terms

Any disputes related to production costs must be resolved under the applicable production agreement
5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project at any time.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project has started

Any work completed or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation remain payable

Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of completed services
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Entreupia directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in immediate suspension of services

Entreupia reserves the right to recover fees for services already performed
7. Relationship to Client & Partner Terms
This policy applies generally to all users.
Client-specific and partner-specific agreements accepted during onboarding (including via Monday.com) override this policy where applicable.
