The onboarding stage is where your project is set up for success. You will receive access to a live project overview, giving you full visibility into progress, communication, and next steps from day one. During this phase, we align on all essential project details and expectations to ensure everything is clearly defined before moving forward.
Once onboarding is complete, we match your project with the most suitable factory from our personally vetted network. The selection is based on your specific requirements, ensuring alignment on quality level, capabilities, pricing structure, and production capacity.
With the factory selected, we move into sampling and product development. This is where your product is refined, tested, and validated before bulk production. Samples are used to confirm materials, fit, construction, and overall execution.
After sample approval, bulk production begins. We oversee the process to ensure production follows the agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Quality control is integrated throughout and after production.
Once production is completed and quality checks are finalized, we'll arrange the delivery process with the factory.

Entreupia guarantees that every approved detail in your project documentation is followed, communicated, and executed as agreed. Design preferences, fit perception, and aesthetic choices remain subjective, but process accuracy and service execution are our responsibility.
Yes. All referred clients that come from our approved or featured partners receives a priority service inside our systems.
We won't agree to help with a project if we don't have factories that matches your requirements.
If this were to happen, we will have a evaluation of your brand and decide if we want to add a few factories to our network specifically for your brand and project. To add new manufacturers take at least 3-4 weeks to verify them properly, the client would have to agree to this timeline if we all mutually agree to work together.
Ethical & Human Rights
Yes. All partner factories are carefully vetted to follow ethical production practices, ensuring fair treatment, safe working conditions, and compliance with international labor standards.
We only collaborate with manufacturers who respect human rights and comply with standards such as BSCI and SEDEX. Regular audits and certifications help guarantee that workers are treated fairly.
Production & Quality
Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) are flexible and depend on product type, but typically range from 50–100 pieces per style. Standard lead times are 4–8 weeks after sample approval, with capacity to scale significantly for larger orders through our partner network.
Yes. We provide regular updates during the production process, including interim control reports, photos, and videos when requested. This allows clients to stay fully informed and confident about the progress of their orders.

We work across a wide range of product categories, with particular strength in woven and knit garments, activewear, streetwear, outerwear, accessories, etc... Entreupia is always expanding, meaning we are working with partnering up with several other manufacturers so that we can offer every type of apparel, fabric, or any other request that our clients wants.
Yes. We manage the full scope of production needs, including trims, custom labels, hangtags, patches, and packaging. This ensures a consistent brand identity across every product detail and saves our clients the complexity of sourcing these elements separately.
Yes. We collaborate with certified manufacturers who can provide OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, and other relevant certifications upon request. This allows clients to meet sustainability and compliance standards required by international markets.
Payments & Logistics
Clients can choose their preferred payment flow. They may pay directly to the manufacturer, or through Entreupia. We prefer that the client pay Entreupia directly to make the process as simple and as efficient as possible.
Our manufacturers work with trusted global logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders specialized in bulk shipments. Average transit times range from 5–10 days for air freight and 25–40 days for sea freight, depending on destination and volume.
