Client Request
Entreupia receives a detailed request from a brand or agency outlining their production needs. This includes product type, desired quantities, quality expectations, and any specific requirements the client may have.
Matching the Right Manufacturer
Based on the client’s request, Entreupia identifies and connects them with the manufacturer best suited to deliver on those requirements. Our network covers a wide range of services, ensuring that each request is matched with the most compatible partner.
Communication Setup
Entreupia manages all communication with the manufacturer on the client's behalf. This is to ensure clarity, speed, and a professional process from start to finish.
Quotation, Approval & Production
After reviewing the client’s tech packs, the manufacturer provides a quotation for approval. Once confirmed, production begins, whether through samples or bulk orders. Entreupia maintains regular check-ins with both the client and manufacturer to provide updates, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the agreed standard.
Delivery & Completion
When production is finalized, the order is shipped to the client with the quality and service promised. Entreupia’s earnings is settled directly with the manufacturer according to contract, allowing the client to enjoy a seamless process with no added costs.

Yes. All partner factories are carefully vetted to follow ethical production practices, ensuring fair treatment, safe working conditions, and compliance with international labor standards.
We only collaborate with manufacturers who respect human rights and comply with standards such as BSCI and SEDEX. Regular audits and certifications help guarantee that workers are treated fairly.

Production & Quality
Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) are flexible and depend on product type, but typically range from 50–100 pieces per style. Standard lead times are 4–8 weeks after sample approval, with capacity to scale significantly for larger orders through our partner network.
Yes. We provide regular updates during the production process, including interim control reports, photos, and videos when requested. This allows clients to stay fully informed and confident about the progress of their orders.

Yes. We manage the full scope of production needs, including trims, custom labels, hangtags, patches, and packaging. This ensures a consistent brand identity across every product detail and saves our clients the complexity of sourcing these elements separately.
Yes. We collaborate with certified manufacturers who can provide OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, and other relevant certifications upon request. This allows clients to meet sustainability and compliance standards required by international markets.
Payments & Logistics
Clients can choose their preferred payment flow. They may pay directly to the manufacturer, or through Entreupia. We prefer that the client pay the manufacturer directly to make the process as simple and as efficient as possible. Either way, we will oversee the production to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Our manufacturers work with trusted global logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders specialized in bulk shipments. Average transit times range from 5–10 days for air freight and 25–40 days for sea freight, depending on destination and volume.
