Terms of service


1. Legal Entity & Definition of Entreupia

Entreupia is operated by ENTREUPIA ANS Org nr: 936 130 259.

Entreupia is a production platform that connects clothing brands with suitable manufacturing partners and industry professionals. Entreupia is not a manufacturer, does not own or operate factories, and does not produce garments itself, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Entreupia acts as a facilitator and matching platform, not as a buyer, seller, employer, or agent of either party.

2. Scope of Services

Entreupia provides, at a high level:

  • Factory and manufacturer matching based on brand needs

  • Alignment between brands and manufacturers using defined requirements such as tech packs, specifications, materials, quantities, and quality expectations

  • Support in establishing long-term production pipelines for clothing brands

  • Matching brands with consultants who can assist with:

    • Tech pack development

    • Production guidance

    • Process optimization and communication support

Out of Scope

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Entreupia does not:

  • Guarantee pricing, timelines, capacity, or production outcomes

  • Act as the manufacturer or production owner

  • Control factory operations, labor practices, or final production decisions

  • Assume responsibility for the final quality, delivery, or compliance of produced goods

All production contracts are entered into directly between the client and the manufacturer.

3. User Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing or using Entreupia’s website or services, users confirm that:

  • They are legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

  • Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service

Entreupia reserves the right to refuse access or participation at its discretion.

4. Relationship Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • An agency relationship

  • A joint venture

  • An employment relationship

Entreupia does not represent either party in commercial negotiations unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Pricing & Transparency

Entreupia operates with a strong commitment to transparency.

  • Pricing structures may include service fees or commissions

  • Pricing principles are communicated clearly to relevant parties

  • Manufacturer pricing and Entreupia fees are disclosed according to agreed terms

Entreupia works exclusively with clients who understand that ethical, high-quality production requires premium pricing.

6. Ethical Standards & Values

Entreupia is committed to:

  • Ethical production practices

  • Respect for workers’ rights

  • Long-term, sustainable partnerships

Entreupia works with vetted manufacturers and reserves the right to decline collaboration with users or partners who do not align with these values.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and documentation on the Entreupia platform are the intellectual property of Entreupia ANS unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Entreupia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Entreupia does not guarantee commercial outcomes

  • Any liability is limited to fees paid to Entreupia, if applicable

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entreupia ANS from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

  • Misuse of the platform

10. Termination & Suspension

Entreupia may suspend or terminate access at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • False information is provided

  • Conduct is deemed harmful to the platform or its partners

Termination does not create liability for Entreupia.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction.

12. Relationship to Client & Partner Terms

Specific Client Terms and Partner Terms apply once a user is onboarded through Entreupia’s onboarding process (including Monday-based onboarding).

In the event of any conflict:

  • Client or Partner Terms shall override these General Terms.
