Shipping policy

1. No Direct Shipping by Entreupia

Entreupia does not ship physical goods and does not handle logistics, transportation, or delivery of products as part of its standard services.

All shipping, freight, customs, and delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the client and the manufacturer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Manufacturer & Client Responsibility

Shipping terms, timelines, costs, insurance, and risk transfer are governed by the agreement between the client and the manufacturer.

Entreupia does not assume responsibility for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Loss or damage in transit

  • Customs clearance or duties

  • Carrier performance


3. Exceptional Arrangements

In certain cases, Entreupia may assist with shipping coordination only if explicitly agreed in writing.

Any such agreement will:

  • Be documented separately

  • Clearly define scope and responsibility

  • Not transfer shipping liability to Entreupia unless expressly stated


4. Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Entreupia shall not be held liable for any shipping-related issues, costs, delays, or damages.


5. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Shipping Policy applies generally.

Client-specific or partner-specific agreements accepted during onboarding override this policy where applicable.
