Factory Matching Process

Entreupia will be responsible for providing you with a structured and efficient experience designed to give you clarity and confidence when entering production. Our role is to ensure that your project is matched with the right factory (or multiple factories if needed) where all key requirements have been reviewed and approved, so you are set up with a production-ready foundation.

We charge a project fee starting at $197, which covers sourcing, evaluating, and matching your project with a manufacturer that aligns with your product requirements, pricing targets, and production capabilities.

If your project includes multiple products with different requirements, materials, or designs, an additional $50 fee applies per distinct product. Product variations such as different colors of the same design are treated as a single product. For example, one t-shirt design produced in four colorways is still considered one product.

If a design is similar in structure (e.g. same print method, placement, and production requirements) but includes minor design adjustments, our team will review it internally to determine whether it can be handled within the same product scope or if an additional product fee applies. This evaluation is based on the actual sourcing and matching effort required on our end.

Full payment is only required after Entreupia has reviewed your inquiry and confirmed that we can support your project. This ensures that you only move forward when your project has been properly assessed and is ready for matching.

All approved projects are covered by the Entreupia Service Guarantee. This means that if we are unable to successfully match your project with a manufacturer that meets your agreed requirements, you will receive a full refund.

Once payment is completed, we initiate the factory matching process. After the factory has been introduced and your project is set up for production, you will take over the direct communication and management of the process with the manufacturer.

While we ensure that the factory is aligned with your requirements before introduction, the outcome of the final product will depend heavily on how the production process is communicated, managed, and followed up throughout sampling and bulk.

Because Entreupia is not involved in the ongoing communication after matching, we cannot guarantee production execution beyond the approved setup. Many of the critical decisions that impact quality, timelines, and final results happen during this stage.
