Our role is to ensure that your project is matched with the right factory (or multiple factories if needed) where all key requirements have been reviewed and approved, so you are set up with a production-ready foundation.

Every project is different, so we don’t work with one fixed price. Once we’ve reviewed your submission, you receive a clear roadmap of your milestones, with the price of your first one: your factory recommendation. You pay one milestone at a time, so you always know what the next step costs before you commit to it.

Nothing is due until Entreupia has reviewed your inquiry and confirmed that we can support your project. This ensures that you only move forward when your project has been properly assessed and is ready for matching.

Once your first milestone is paid, we start your factory recommendation, then take your project to the factories that fit until one agrees your specification, minimum, price and lead time. Sampling coordination can be part of your milestone plan, depending on what you need and your budget. After your introduction you work with your factory directly, with our help at the key moments if you want it.

While we ensure that the factory is aligned with your requirements before introduction, the outcome of the final product will depend heavily on how the production process is communicated, managed, and followed up throughout sampling and bulk.

Because you run production with your factory after the introduction, we can't guarantee execution beyond the approved setup. Many of the critical decisions that affect quality and final results happen during this stage, which is why our help at the key moments, like reviewing your sample, is there if you want it.
