These terms apply to the Production Companion Series: the optional services Entreupia offers brands who run their own production with a factory from our network. They set out what we commit to, what each service doesn't cover, and how both sides are protected. Please read them before you buy.

1. What these terms cover

The Production Companion Series:

Each service has a defined scope. Buying one doesn't change, extend or replace the terms of your factory recommendation, Factory approval or any other Entreupia service.

Entreupia is a production advisory and matching service. We are not a factory, insurer, logistics provider or financial guarantor. Every Companion Series service is expert advice, delivered remotely by the Entreupia production team.

2. Sample Verdicts: what every verdict covers

Every Sample Verdict works the same way: we assess your sample against your spec and tell you exactly what to ask the factory to fix. The factory makes the sample.

Book your verdict when your sample arrives, before you approve it, reject it or ask the factory for changes. The verdict is most useful while no decision has been made. Once the factory has an instruction, it's harder to change course.

You can book a verdict for every sampling round.

No Sample Verdict includes:

• Entreupia contacting the factory on your behalf.
• A guarantee that the factory acts on the feedback.
• A physical inspection. We assess the sample from what you show us on video and in photos.
• Responsibility for decisions you make on your own after the verdict.

3. Sample Verdict Call ($147)

A 30 to 45 minute video call with the Entreupia production team.

What we commit to:

• An honest, expert assessment of the sample against your spec and brief.
• A clear verdict: approve and move forward, ask for specific changes, or ask for a new sample round.
• What to tell the factory, so you can send your feedback straight after the call.

4. Sample Verdict Plus ($297)

Everything in the Sample Verdict Call, with preparation before it and follow-up after it.

What we commit to:

• Before the call: we check your photos and measurements against your spec.
• The call: 30 to 45 minutes on video with the Entreupia production team.
• After the call: a written verdict listing every fix, and a message for your factory, drafted and ready to send.
• One follow-up: send us the factory's reply within 14 days of your written verdict, and we'll check it covers the fixes and tell you how to answer.

5. The Proud Launch Pack ($397)

Both sample rounds covered: a Sample Verdict Plus for your first sample, and a Sample Verdict Call for your revised sample. $444 if bought separately.

• Both verdicts are for the same product.
• Each verdict follows sections 2 to 4.
• Book each one when that sample arrives.

6. Factory Continuity Plan ($97)

If your relationship with the factory we introduced you to breaks down within 12 months of the introduction, for reasons outside your control, we give you a new factory recommendation at no extra cost.

What we commit to:

• One new factory recommendation within those 12 months, made with the same process and standards as your first.
• Your project details, already on file, carried forward so you don't start from scratch.

What counts as outside your control:

• Your key contact at the factory leaves and the relationship can't be rebuilt.
• The factory stops taking your orders because of capacity or a change of policy.
• The factory closes, stops trading or moves away from your product category.

What doesn't count:

• You choose to leave the factory over price or terms.
• Problems caused by your own communication with the factory or how you managed the relationship.
• A relationship you ended yourself.
• Quality issues that were in the approved sample and carried through to bulk.

The plan covers a relationship that breaks down after you've started working with the factory. It doesn't cover how well the factory fit in the first place: the Sleep Easy Guarantee on your factory recommendation and Factory approval covers that.

One plan covers one factory relationship. Factory approval with the new factory isn't included and is priced as usual.

If you received the Factory Continuity Plan in the Safe Start Bonus or the Priority Pass, you're already covered on these terms.

7. Sample package ($497, plus the sample and shipping at cost)

For brands who want to see a sample before committing to a factory's minimum order.

What we commit to:

• A factory from our network that agrees to make one sample of your product.
• We brief the factory on your spec and follow up until the sample ships.
• A Sample Verdict Plus when the sample arrives (section 4).

You pay the factory's sample price and the shipping at cost, with nothing added by us.

What this service doesn't include:

• A guarantee that the sample comes out right the first time. The factory makes the sample.
• Any commitment from you or the factory to a bulk order.
• Further sample rounds. A Sample Verdict Call or Sample Verdict Plus covers those.

8. How to request a service

Email inquiries@entreupia.com with the service and your name in the subject line, for example: Sample Verdict Plus: [Your Name].

• Sample Verdicts: include photos of the sample (front, back and anything you're unsure about), your spec or brief, and any notes the factory sent with it. For Sample Verdict Plus, add your measurements. We reply with times for your call.
• Factory Continuity Plan: tell us what happened and when, with any factory messages about it.
• Sample package: tell us which product the sample is for, and we'll start the brief with you.

We confirm every request within one business day.

9. Who can buy, and when

Companion Series services are for brands who have had a factory recommendation from Entreupia. They aren't sold on their own.

• Sample Verdicts and The Proud Launch Pack: any time while your production is active.
• Factory Continuity Plan: within 30 days of your factory introduction.
• Sample package: before you commit to a factory's minimum order.

10. Payment and refunds

Every service has a fixed price, paid in full before it starts.

The fee can't be refunded once the service has been delivered. If we can't deliver a service for reasons within our control, you get a full refund. The factory's response to our advice isn't grounds for a refund: our commitment is expert guidance, not control over what a third party does.

If you're based in Norway or the EEA, consumer protection law may give you rights alongside these terms. Nothing here overrides the rights you hold under Norwegian law.

11. Limitation of liability

Entreupia's liability for any Companion Series service is limited to the fee paid for that service. Entreupia is not liable for production losses, factory delays, rejected orders, financial losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from a factory relationship, whether or not a Companion Series service was used.

We give our advice in good faith, based on our production expertise and the information you provide. We can't be held responsible for outcomes that come from incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information.

12. What we ask of you

To get the most out of every service, we ask that you:

• Give us complete and accurate information with every request.
• Keep written records of all factory messages, approvals and agreements.
• Book your Sample Verdict before you give the factory a decision on the sample.
• Use our advice in good faith and in the spirit it's given.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
