Production Support Process

Entreupia will be responsible for providing you an experience designed to give you clarity, control, and lower shoulders during the production process.

We charge a project fee starting at $900, which covers factory matching, production coordination, ongoing communication, and quality follow-up on your behalf through the whole project.

If your project includes multiple products with different requirements, materials, or designs, an additional $100 fee applies per distinct product. Product variations such as different colors of the same design are treated as a single product. For example, one t-shirt design produced in four colorways is still considered one product.

If a design is similar in structure (e.g. same print method, placement, and production requirements) but includes minor design adjustments, our team will review it internally to determine whether it can be handled within the same product scope or if an additional product fee applies. This evaluation is based on the actual production and coordination effort required on our end.

A 50% deposit is only required after Entreupia has reviewed your inquiry and confirmed that we can support your project. Before proceeding with any deposit or next steps, you are welcome to request a meeting if you have questions, concerns, or would like further clarification regarding your project.

Once confirmed, the deposit allows us to initiate factory matching - one of our most valuable services. The remaining 50% is not due until you have received and approved samples and choose to proceed with bulk production.

All approved projects are covered by the Entreupia Service Guarantee, meaning we take full responsibility for ensuring that production follows the details agreed upon in your project and order files. While we cannot control incorrect or incomplete information provided in tech packs or creative decisions that do not meet expectations, we guarantee accurate execution of what has been approved and documented.
