Bree holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion & Textiles, along with a Certificate III of Apparel, and has built her career across both boutique and large-scale fashion environments. Her background includes hands-on experience overseeing design and technical development for start-ups through to established brands, with a strong focus on commercial viability, fit, and manufacturability. Bree has worked extensively with local and offshore suppliers, managing factory communication, sampling, revisions, and production troubleshooting across multiple regions. This supplier-facing experience allows her to anticipate issues early, refine designs for production efficiency, and ensure clear, accurate documentation that factories can execute without confusion.
Known for her grounded, collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge, Bree works at the intersection of design, production, and commercial decision-making. She supports founders and growing brands in reducing risk, streamlining development, and moving confidently from sketch to sample to final production, while maintaining design integrity and market relevance.

I have over 15 years of experience working across womenswear, activewear, streetwear, andaccessories, spanning boutique labels, fast fashion, and independent founder-led brands. My background includes both in-house and freelance roles, with a focus on design development, technical production, and manufacturing readiness.
I currently work independently with fashion and lifestyle brands, providing design development, technical production support, and supplier-facing documentation. Previously, I have held both in-house and contract roles within Australian and international fashion businesses, contributingacross design, development, and production functions.

I support clients through concept development and silhouette refinement, technical drawings, and the creation of clear, factory-ready tech packs. I work hands-on with local and offshore suppliers, managing sampling, fit reviews, construction feedback, and production troubleshooting. This includes advising on fabric and trim selection, manufacturability, and commercial viability, while ensuring design intent is carried through to final production.
I have worked with a mix of established labels, growing independent brands, and founder-ledstart-ups. Notable brands include Three of Something, L.A. Gear, Ninth & Maple, Ladakh, Mossman, Lablon, and Art Hide. My experience across both fashion and interiors has strengthened my understanding of materiality, construction, and commercial product development.
