Sky Oh is a fashion creative director and consultant with over 16 years of experience across Milan, New York, and Asia. Trained in luxury craftsmanship in Milan and seasoned in mass market and contemporary production in New York, she has worked across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and collection strategy to sourcing, sampling, and market-ready launch, across manufacturing hubs in Europe, the US, China, and Korea.

In 2020, Sky founded Maison des Reves New York (MDR), a gender-neutral elevated loungewear line she conceived, developed, produced, and shot entirely independently. That experience, building a brand from the ground up without a team, is the foundation her consulting practice is built on.

Her work focuses on the upstream decisions that determine whether a brand has a clear, coherent identity before it ever reaches a factory floor. She works with funded founders and non-fashion entrepreneurs entering the fashion or lifestyle space, helping them define their brand world, tighten their collection, and build a production roadmap that matches their actual resources. Her philosophy is grounded in SKU reduction, realistic planning, and fewer, better decisions, helping clients avoid the costly mistakes that come from moving into production without a clear creative vision.

Sky is based between NYC and Seoul, and works with clients internationally.

• Conceived, designed, and produced a gender-neutral elevated loungewear line entirely independently
